This video elaborates on a comment exchange that was posted this morning to a video I made last night unpacking Bobby’s Lunarpunk “Ape” signal.

Links to maps referenced in the video for those interested in further inquiry.

This is the video I did with Shai on the RAND Noopolitik report.

Thanks for this, Allison. I had just been discussing hypnosis yesterday, trying to enlarge the frame in that conversation from just suggestion and trance, to include the framing of world views.
I was calling it context and narrative framing, while the Rand doc you reference is calling it brain-boxing and thought-scripting.
Been following you for a while now, ever since Stephers linked to your site at PieceofMindful. I do appreciate your work.
Seems to me that “believing” becomes the adoption of the boundaries of a box. How to get people from thinking they have arrived? Perhaps to suspend the need for certainty so as to remain open.
It appears the game has been rigged for centuries

Conversely, your body of work leads us to interrogate the ongoing insidious shift to global digital slavery
Subtle acquiescence in my view, loaded with smiles , fork tongues…
Thanks Tech bros ,lawyers…
I view the board in awe.
Hi Alison, I tried to leave a comment on the youtube video but maybe it got filtered out.
Just wanted to share a link to the maps that I’m working on, focused on the Seattle area. (https://kumu.io/sarahgerke/seattle#rsji-in-seattle-race-social-justice-initiative)
Here is another map, for anyone interested: https://kumu.io/sarahgerke/seattle#blockchain-and-ai-in-seattle
There is a big AI conference happening in Seattle next week (June 10-14, 2024) so I want to try to understand what is happening right under my nose.
There seems to be a big focus on “cleantech” and equity to justify any and every thing under the guise of “global health and safety.”
I think it’s important to consider the role of water as a possible programming element, used for information theory. Also consider fungal networks and currents of communication – Washington Sean and Stephers and I have been talking about the importance of water, moss, fungi in the Pacific Northwest and the possible connection that has to the development of computing and biotech R&D in Oregon and Washington.
Re Cleantech also consider the role of wastewater management if part of distributed networked intelligence involves coordinating microbiomes – feces has a lot of data about the little critters living inside us. Cleantech for the “circular economy” is a way to legitimize information removal from wastewater and application of machine learning not only to population health, but possible coordination of microbiomes at a community level.
“It’s not okay.” That is something you said in your blockchain brainboxing video. No s&@t. I like the way that here and there you’ll make a slightly satirical aside as you’re speaking about things that are QUITE F$@?ING SERIOUS (from the perspective of someone who values, well, anything.) I hope you don’t have a breakdown. I’ll take some of that for you and crumble myself. Blockchain ISN’T going to save us all?? How dare you! Seriously, though–Thank you, again, teacher. ♥️
